Devlog #5: Second Milestone
Hi again! We're excited to announce that the first level of our game is complete and ready for testing!
It includes both win and lose conditions, as well as cooperative mechanics where players must use their unique abilities and interact with each other to achieve the goal. We can't wait for you to try it out and share your feedback!
First level
As planned, we've designed our first level, which involves cooperation between players and the use of their respective abilities, as well as interaction with each other to reach the goal.
Win/Lose condition
Both win and lose conditions are complete. They’re quite simple: if you fall into the lava, you lose and can retry. If you're stuck, you can also press 'R' to restart. To win the level, both players need to reach the door and press 'W' once they are there.

Win condition: both players going into the door
What's next
In the upcoming devlogs, we plan to further refine the first level and introduce more sprites to establish a solid foundation for expanding this project. This will allow us to create additional levels with greater complexity. We also aim to fine-tune both players and their abilities to ensure there are no easy or 'cheesy' ways to complete a level. We're excited to keep improving the gameplay experience!
